Individual and Group Sessions
I am available for individual healing sessions. Private appointments are made via Facebook or Email.
The average duration of a session it between 30 and 50 minutes.
I also offer private session over WhattsApp or via Messanger if that suits you better.
During a session I look at your Spirit path and get guidance from Spirit.
Sometimes the session is Mediumship, sometimes it is Healing and sometimes it is both. I work as a channel from Spirit for you. You are free to ask questions you like about your life or work. You can even ask about a loved one who is alive or passed to Spirit.
My aim is to empower all my clients. Your Spirit guides have guided you to me for the time we will have together to help you move into your life's journey more.
I also offer Group sessions to groups of 8 or more people.
Working with a group can be very empowering and also great fun.
I can travel to you or you can come here to me.

This is a workshop designed to draw out emotion and spark inspiration from within.
We give you the opportunity to learn how to tap into your subconscious through various techniques and in doing so you can help face and understand any personal battles you may harbour.
With what you may discover about yourself on this day course, we encourage you to creatively express this using a variety of materials supplied.
It can be surprising for many when given this platform to channel their emotions on paper what this can look like, and truly how therapeutic it can be for the soul.
You do not need to be an artist by any means to partake, this is all pure creativity in a space that you are free to explore, however you choose.

The Heart Chakra
Love is the answer to everything in life

The Heart Chakra We learn how to give and receive love. It is a time of Transformation. For us to embrace our lives and
make the changes we keep talking about.
When we decide to change, it has a ripple effect on our families, friends and everyone we come in contact with.
You start the process of forgiveness and feel more freedom in life. You learn to love and understand yourself and others
more. You would never hurt anyone if you were not hurting inside yourself.
This is where we learn how to form deep loving relationships and develop personal integrity. We learn compassion.
I will be using sound, music, colour, mindful movement, visualisation and theory to help you understand the Heart Chakra and its functions.
